Daniel oversees client relationships and strategic direction, ensuring every engagement delivers real value. His background spans financial services, FinTech, and e-commerce security, giving him unique insight into the challenges facing modern businesses. He’s passionate about translating complex security concepts into actionable business strategies.

When he’s not protecting client infrastructure, Daniel advises startups on building security into their operations from day one, because prevention is always better than cure.

Richard Allan

Chief Technology Officer

Richard brings years of hands-on experience in offensive security and penetration testing. As one of ROSCA’s CTOs, he leads our technical operations and ensures our testing methodologies remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

A CREST-certified professional, Richard has conducted hundreds of penetration tests across sectors including banking, healthcare, government, and technology. He specialises in web application security, API testing, and red team operations. His methodical approach uncovers vulnerabilities that automated tools miss, providing clients with comprehensive security assessments they can trust.

Richard also leads our purple teaming exercises, helping organisations improve their defensive capabilities through realistic attack simulations. He’s committed to not just finding problems, but working with clients to fix them effectively.

Mark Gomer

Chief Technology Officer

Mark co-leads ROSCA’s technical team, bringing extensive expertise in infrastructure security, cloud architecture, and managed detection and response. His experience spans both offensive and defensive security, giving him a holistic understanding of how to protect modern digital environments.

As a CTO, Mark oversees our 24/7 managed detection and response service, ensuring threats are identified and neutralised in real time. He’s helped organisations across the UK implement robust security monitoring without the overhead of building entire security operations centres internally.

Mark’s background includes securing complex multi-cloud environments, implementing zero-trust architectures, and responding to sophisticated cyber incidents. He works closely with clients to design security solutions that scale with their business whilst maintaining visibility across their entire attack surface.

Cybersecurity Content & Digital Platform Specialist

Iwalade bridges the gap between technical cybersecurity and clear communication. At ROSCA, she transforms complex security concepts into accessible, actionable content that helps businesses understand the threats they face and the steps they can take.

She produces technical documentation, security advisories, client-facing guides and educational content across ROSCA’s full range of services, ensuring the messaging connects with both technical teams and business decision-makers. Alongside her content work, Iwalade leads on the development and performance of ROSCA’s digital platform, overseeing site infrastructure, technical implementation and online presence.
